Deployment and operations

PROVIDE FULLY TRAINED AND AVAILABLE SECURITY PERSONNEL

GEOS deploys qualified experts with extensive operational experience to coordinate your security operations.
Their role is to manage the security plan on a daily basis, verify that the associated measures are correctly applied and perform operational checks of the security system.
The objective is to perform daily checks on the ground to ensure that the physical, technical, human and organisational systems deployed are operational at all times. Detailed reports are sent to the client in realtime to ensure that any system weakness is promptly identified, addressed and corrected.

ADDRESS SECURITY ISSUES

GEOS’s approach to security is based on situation analysis, the review of business requirements and the development of appropriate solutions. The result is the implementation of unique security systems designed on specific security, economic, political, cultural and social requirements and our clients’ specific business needs.

PROVIDE HIGH-END SECURITY FOR YOUR PROPERTY AND EVENTS

To ensure the constant surveillance of your property (offices, branches, shops) and events, GEOS offers a 24 hour surveillance service aimed at preventing risks and ensuring the safety of your employees and assets at all times.
In addition to the safety aspect, our GEOS agents understand that the real asset of the major companies they work for is undoubtedly the quality of their interpersonal and customer management skills.
Specific training programmes are put in place to help develop their human surveillance expertise and their communication skills – an essential element to ensure the quality of the interpersonal communication and service provided.

Security escorts and protection

PROTECT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND YOUR TOP EXECUTIVES

In line with legislation, our agents will assist you both in France and abroad by ensuring your safety during business and personal travel. Our agents can work in a visible or discreet manner, ensuring your safety or the safety of your employees at all times when travelling.
GEOS can put a security system in place in an extremely short time, adapted to effectively manage your specific threat.
We provide our expertise by coordinating our actions with the relevant public services or by proposing solutions to address your security issues.

ESCORT YOUR EMPLOYEES IN HIGH-RISK ZONES

The objective of the escort systems proposed by GEOS is to provide continuous security to protect your employees (business travellers, expatriates) for the duration of their assignments in high-risk environments.
GEOS’s mission is to protect its clients from contextual risks (crime, terrorism) as well as any additional risks resulting from their specific activities (exposure of urban workers, when in-transit) by providing a specific and permanent security service in time and space (on-site, when travelling).
GEOS attaches particular importance to the skillfulness of men and women that support your projects in relation to their expertise and interpersonal skills. Our goal is to find a perfect match between your protection needs and the integration skills of our employees.

WELCOME AND SUPPORT YOUR EMPLOYEES UPON ARRIVAL

To support your employees – business travellers and/or expatriates – upon their arrival in a high risk area, GEOS implements a Meet & Greet service to:

  • Welcome travellers upon arrival at the airport

  • Provide them with information on the country’s domestic situation, and specifically in relation to areas where trips are planned

  • Remind them of general security issues

  • Inform them about the rules of conduct and appropriate safety instructions for the risks identified in the area

  • Provide them with all the information necessary to deal with an emergency (telephone number, local contact, etc.)

SECURE THE TRANSPORT OF YOUR VALUABLES

GEOS ensures the security of your valuables during transit from the pickup point right through to their delivery point, both in France and abroad. Valuables can be currency (bank, commercial or strategic documents), jewellery or precious metals, in accordance with Decree 2001-657 of 19 July 2001. Coins are excluded, as per Decree 2004-295 of 29 March 2004.
Depending on the purpose of your transfer, whether for a press conference, photo shoot, fashion show or the filing of valuable documents, we adapt our approach to meet your expectations in terms of image.
We draw from GEOS Group’s international network to manage your transfers to specific locations worldwide by deploying specialist security officers in that zone.
Since 1998, GEOS has provided security for the transport of valuables on behalf of the biggest names in the world of finance and luxury goods: international banks, luxury jewellers, fine watchmakers.
